How can I track my package?
The availability and method of tracking your items will depend on the shipping method that you chose during or after checkout.
Ship with Auction House
- Shipment updates and tracking information should be requested directly from the auction house. You can contact them through the Won Items page by clicking Contact Auction House.
- Delivery times may vary so please review the auction policy on the item page or contact the auction house directly for details.
Ship with LiveAuctioneers
- You can track your package in a couple of areas. You can track the status of your order from your “ Won Items” page. This status will update as it goes through the shipping process.
- You will also receive a tracking number via email, and you will be able to track this all the way to delivery.
- The average turnaround time is around 2-3 weeks for the item to be picked up, packaged, shipped, and delivered to you.
- It’ll take up to 7 days for our shipping partners to pick up your item from the auction house and up to another 5 business days to pack. Large items are subject to longer packing times. Once your item is packed, the time in which it will be delivered will depend on your location (within the United States or International).
