I forgot my login information. What should I do?

To reset your password, first, Click “Log In” in the top right-hand corner.

In the pop-up window, click “Forgot password?” and enter in your Email address in the box provided.

You will receive an email containing a link to reset your password. Click that link and enter in your desired new password in both boxes.

Note: If the email is not in your inbox, please check your spam, junk, and promotions folder. 

On the app, first, go to “My Bids” located on the bottom toolbar, and then click “Forgot Password?”  Enter your email address and a password reset link will be sent.  Please check your spam, junk, and promotions folder if you don’t see the email in your inbox within a few minutes.  In the email, we sent, click the link to reset your password and it will direct you to create a new password.
