Restore a suspended account

Bidders with suspended accounts cannot place bids on LiveAuctioneers. Suspended accounts may still register for auctions but will likely encounter issues with approval.

An account becomes suspended when it has:

• Two or more unresolved disputes. View your open disputes on your account, click here. 
• Security issues that require further action.

Your account will only be reinstated once all disputes are closed or resolved. If your account is suspended and you resolve one dispute but have one or more open disputes remaining, your account will remain suspended until the remaining disputes are resolved.  To start the dispute resolution process, contact the auctioneer asking what steps you need to take to resolve the dispute.
