How to Handle a Dispute
Disputes are filed against you by an auction house if you have not successfully paid promptly for an item you won. They act as a flag on your account to warn other auctioneers of your non-payment.
You will receive a notification when a dispute is opened against you, and in order to resolve a dispute, you must contact the auction house directly.
Disputes may affect your ability to bid in future auctions, so please try to resolve disputes quickly with the auction house.
