My account is showing items as Payment Due that I’ve paid for and received.

This would mean that you might have paid the Auction House directly. In this case, just reach out to LiveAuctioneers' Support (info@liveauctioneers.com) with your proof of payment to the Auction House (Bank Statement, Credit Card statement, etc..). Once we have that, we can go ahead and mark those items paid for you.
