What do I do if an auctioneer that filed a dispute against me is not responding?

If you have attempted to contact an auction house to resolve an outstanding dispute, both via email and telephone, and have not heard back, please email the Bidder support team at info@liveauctioneers.com.

When emailing, please send the auction house, date, and item information and we will contact the auction house on your behalf and let them know that you are trying to resolve the dispute.
