Why can't I change my email address?
If you have received an error message when changing your email address in your bidder dashboard, it is likely that there is a dispute filed on your account. Any time you have an open dispute on your account, you will be unable to change your email address until the dispute is resolved. Please work with the auction house who has filed the dispute to see what is needed in order to resolve your outstanding dispute.
If you have changed your email address, but the change has not yet taken place, please check your new email inbox for a confirmation email.
