What is a Reserve Price?

The reserve price is the minimum price that an auctioneer is willing to sell a lot for. If the reserve price is not met, the lot will not sell. Most auction houses do not indicate the reserve price on the listing. If you'd like to know, it would be best to reach out to the auction house directly.
