How do I unsubscribe from emails?

All emails that are sent by LiveAuctioneers will be from the domain @liveauctioneers.com. If you are receiving emails from a different domain/email, please contact that sender directly as we do not manage those emails despite their content.

You can control your email and any other email settings, by clicking Email & Notifications section of your dashboard. 

From this page, you can see what daily or weekly emails you are currently receiving from LiveAuctioneers and choose what you wish to unsubscribe from.

Should you want to turn off all notifications, just click the "Turn off All Notifications" button at the bottom, and it will take care of that for you.

Allow up to 72 hours for the unsubscribe to be fully effective, so you may receive one or two additional emails in the meantime. 

If you are still receiving emails after 72 hours, please contact info@liveauctioneers.com with a copy of the email you are receiving to help us assist you further.
