Not Receiving Emails from LiveAuctioneers
To help ensure you receive emails from LiveAuctioneers, here are a few tips:
- Check that your email address is correct. Go to Your Account > Account Settings and check the Email field.
- Check that you’re subscribed. You can view and manage your email subscription settings by visiting Your Account > Emails & Notifications.
- Sometimes email service providers miscategorize messages as spam. Try checking your spam/junk folder for your invoice email.
- Add LiveAuctioneers’ email addresses to your contact/safe sender list:
