How do I ask questions about an item’s condition?

In case you need more information about an item's condition, you can also reach out to the Auction House through the “Ask a Question" button located on every log page. 

If you have already won an item, you may also reference Get Help on the Won Items page which has common questions and answers regarding payments, shipping, and the item(s) inquiries based on the status of your order (paid, shipped, in transit etc.).
