I received a damaged item, what do I do?

Immediately reach out to the shipping company that delivered the item to file an insurance claim for the item. If the Auction House was the one that arranged shipping, reach out to them as well, so that they can help with getting in contact with the shipping company. If you have tried to contact the Auction House by email and phone, but have not heard back, please contact LiveAuctioneers Bidder Support for further assistance.
