How do I unsubscribe, or update my alert preferences?

All emails that are sent by LiveAuctioneers will be from the domain @liveauctioneers.com. If you are receiving emails from a different domain/email, please contact that sender directly as we do not manage those emails despite their content.

You can control your email and any other email settings, by navigating your Account Profile drop-down located at the top right side of any LiveAuctioneers page. Click Email & Notifications in the drop-down list.

On the Emails & Notifications page, you can manage the alerts you are receiving.  Make sure to click the alert type to see specific alerts. From this page, you can see what daily or weekly emails you are currently receiving from LiveAuctioneers and choose what you wish to unsubscribe from.

Should you want to turn off all notifications, just click the TURN OFF ALL NOTIFICATIONS button at the bottom, and it will take care of that for you.  Allow up to 72 hours for the unsubscribe to be fully effective, so you may receive one or two additional emails in the meantime. 

On the LiveAuctioneers app, you can manage your Push Notifications by clicking “Me” on the bottom right side.  Click Settings and then Push Notifications.

Alternatively, you can also unsubscribe from email notifications by scrolling to the bottom of an email from @liveauctioneers.com.  Click the “Unsubscribe” link to stop receiving emails from LiveAuctioneers.
