I haven't received my items, and the auctioneer isn't responding. What do I do next?
If you have paid your invoice and are awaiting shipping or tracking information from the auctioneer or have not received a response to your shipping inquiries, you should continue to call and email the auctioneer or their recommended shippers. But please make to check their Shipping & Payment terms as well for any information about the shipping timeframe and if they do provide shipping as you might need to arrange it yourself.
If you still aren't receiving a response, please email the Support Team at email@example.com with the auctioneer name, date, and item(s). The Support Team will reach out on your behalf to the auctioneer for shipping/tracking information and urge them to contact you directly.
