What is your policy on returns?

LiveAuctioneers is a marketplace of independent Auction Houses, Galleries, and Wholesalers. Refunds, returns, and exchanges are handled differently by each Auction House.

Please review the Auction House’s terms and conditions found under the Shipping, Payment, & Auction Policies and also in the terms and conditions during registration.

• Questions to ask prior to the auction. 

Here are some examples of questions that the Auction House can help you with:

• Condition
  ex. Are there any chips, scratches, stains, or other damages that are not already described in the condition report?
• Shipping information
  ex. How much would the shipping cost be to New York City? Can it be overnighted?
• Policies
  ex. What is your return policy?
• The item I won is different from what I received. What should I do?

If you feel the item that you won is not the same as the images that you saw at the auction. Please reach out to the Auction House you purchased from If you have tried to contact the Auction House by email and phone, but have not heard back, please contact us for further assistance. We will contact the Auction House on your behalf to facilitate communication.
