What happens if my item(s) are damaged when I receive it?
If your item(s) were Shipped with the Auction House, then please contact them in order to begin the process of filing a claim.
If your item(s) were Shipped with LiveAuctioneers, please complete our Claims form to initiate a claim. We will file an insurance claim for you and will keep you updated throughout that process. Claims normally are processed within one to two weeks, and you are insured up to the full value of your invoice.
