What happens if my item(s) shipped through Shipping by LiveAuctioneers is damaged when I receive it?

If your items are damaged upon delivery, please immediately contact shipping@liveauctioneers.com with images of the damaged item(s). We will file an insurance claim for you and will keep you updated throughout that process. Claims normally are processed within one to two weeks, and you are insured up to the full value of your invoice.
