What if the auction house has not responded to my emails about my dispute?

If you have not received a response from the auction house, please email the Bidder Support team at info@liveauctioneers.com. They will assist you in reaching out to the auction house for a resolution. If possible, please include or forward your contact attempts to the auction house as well. You can either take a screenshot of the email/text/chat or forward it to the bidder support team.
