When will I receive my invoice?

You can typically expect to receive an invoice via email 12-24 hours post-auction. 

Sometimes email service providers miscategorize messages as spam. Try checking your spam/junk folder for your invoice email. To prevent future messages from going to spam, add LiveAuctioneers as a safe sender.

If you still cannot find it, please reach out to the Auction House to have them resend it. 

You can also check your Won Items page. Any open purchases that can be completed through LiveAuctioneers checkout are shown on your Won Items page with the ability to "Checkout"

If you do not see that option, reach out to LiveAuctioneers Bidder Support to see if your email is blocking our messages or if the Auction House does invoicing outside of LiveAuctioneers
