There are a few ways you can get in touch with an Auction House that sells on LiveAuctioneers:
- Auction House Directory
- Log into your LiveAuctioneers account
- Type the name of the Auction House in the search field
- Once on the Auction House page, click the “Send message” link, located on the right, to get in touch with the Auction House
Should you have questions about a specific catalog or piece that is coming up for auction, you can follow these steps:
- Log into your LiveAuctioneers account
- Go to your particular catalog or listing
- For the catalog scroll to the bottom of the auction page and you will see the “Ask a Question” link on the bottom left side
- On the lot page, scroll down and under “View Auction Policy for Details”, click the "Ask a Question" link to contact the Auction House Directly
