I forgot my login information. What should I do?

To reset your password through website:

1. Click “Log In” in the top right-hand corner.
2. Click "Forgot Password?"
3. Type in the email address for your LiveAuctioneers account.
4. Click "Send reset instructions"

You will receive an email containing a link to reset your password. Click that link and enter in your desired new password in both boxes.

Note: If the email is not in your inbox, please check your spam, junk, and promotions folder. 

On the app:

1. Click "Me" in the bottom right of the app
2. Click "Log In"
3. Forgot Password?
4. Type in the email for your LiveAuctioneers account
5. Click "Send"
