Verify your phone number

Verifying your mobile phone number helps build trust with auction houses, and ensures time-sensitive SMS notifications are sent to the correct number.  At this time, you can verify your number when logged in from a mobile or desktop browser, but not from the LiveAuctioneers app.

To add and verify your phone number:

1. Go to My Account > Account Settings,
2. Under My Profile, find Mobile Phone Number,
3. Select your country, (the country code will be added automatically)
4. Enter your area code and phone number
5. Click Continue and we'll send you a 6-digit code via text message (SMS)
6. Enter your 6-digit code

After verifying your phone number, you can manage text message notifications by going to My Account > Emails & Notifications. Standard message and data rates may apply for any messages sent or received.
