On LiveAuctioneers, Auction Houses can only view the leading absentee bid. Auction Houses can only see the bid for the item at the next increment above the next lowest absentee bid.
For example, if Bidder 1 placed a bid of $80.00 on an item, and Bidder 2 placed a maximum bid of $100.00, anyone else viewing the item will see that the current bid is $90.00 (in this example, the bidding is going in increments of $10.00).
LiveAuctioneers knows, understands & respects the importance of bidding privacy.
The system will never reveal your maximum bid early to the Auction House nor Auctioneer.
