You can change the shipping address in a few different ways:
- Set up a shipping address for current or future auctions by going to your “Account Settings”. There you can scroll down to the bottom of the page and under Address, either edit your current address or Add a new address
On the app, click “Me” located at the bottom of the app. It will take you to your profile page where you can edit or add an address, as well as, choose the default address.
- Follow the same process when you check out on LiveAuctioneers. When you click “Check Out” on your invoice, you will be directed to the checkout page that will give you the option to use the address we have on file, Edit the one we have on file, or Add a new address. Once you are all set, you would click “Save and Continue” to move to the next section.
- If you paid for your invoice with Autopay and need to edit your address, go to the won items page and click the Add Shipping button. Before you proceed to pay for the shipping, click “Change” next to the Shipping Address.
- If you are not able to do any of these processes in time before you pay, or you are paying the Auction House directly. You can contact the Auction House and provide them with the correct shipping address for your purchase.
