If you feel the item that you won is not the same as the images that you saw at the auction. Please reach out to the Auction House you purchased from If you have tried to contact the Auction House by email and phone, but have not heard back, please contact us for further assistance. We will contact the Auction House on your behalf to facilitate communication.
