What do I do for Disputes that are over a year old?

If you have a dispute on your account over a year old and you have already tried to resolve the dispute with the auction house, please email the bidder support team at info@liveauctioneers.com.

Please send the specifics of the dispute, the auction house name, date and item(s) disputed and we will be happy to review this matter and reach out to the auction house on your behalf for resolution.
