If you have paid your invoice and are awaiting shipping or tracking information from the auctioneer or have not received a response to your inquiries, you should continue to call and/or email the auctioneer or their recommended shippers. But please make to check their Shipping & Pickup Options as well as Auction Policy for details about the shipping timeframe and if they do provide shipping as you might need to arrange it yourself.
If you still aren't receiving a response, please email the Bidder Support Team at info@liveauctioneers.com with the auctioneer's name, date of the auction, and reason for contacting the auction house. Our support team will reach out on your behalf to the Auction House to start the lines of communication and urge them to contact you directly to provide the information you need.
