In order to cancel a sale or return an item, please contact the Auction House directly. You can do this by clicking on the "Ask A Question" button on the item's listing or by contacting them using the contact details on the invoice that was sent to you.
Please note that as LiveAuctioneers is just a facilitator for the auction, the cancellation of a sale is at the sole discretion of the auction house.
